Terms of Service

1. The service
Alchemy provides Windows performance analysis and optimization delivered in remote sessions. Every tier ends with a written report. The deliverable is the measurement and the report — not a promised performance figure.
2. No guaranteed percentages — by design
We do not promise performance improvements, percentages, or specific outcomes, because no honest measurement-based service can. What we guarantee is the protocol: controlled measurements, documented changes with sources, and a truthful report — including a "no defensible change" verdict when that is the finding. A null result is a delivered service.
3. Remote access
Sessions run over AnyDesk, installed by you from the official source. Access is limited to the scheduled session, is fully visible to you, and can be terminated by you at any moment. We never request credentials to your personal accounts and never retain unattended access.
4. Changes and rollback
Only documented changes are applied, each recorded with its source in your report, together with a rollback list. A system restore point is verified before changes begin. If you request it, changes can be rolled back during the session or in a follow-up session.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by external providers (Stripe payment links). Prices are stated per tier before booking. The Performance Audit fee is credited in full toward a Verified Optimization booked within 30 days.
6. Limits of liability
We take measurement and reversibility seriously — that is the point of the protocol. Still, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data, and Alchemy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for pre-existing hardware faults, third-party software behavior, or changes you or others apply outside the documented session.
7. Your data
Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Case studies are published only with explicit, separate, revocable consent.
