What exactly is the Verified Report?

A PDF document you keep. It contains your before/after measurements, a per-metric verdict (improved, regressed, within noise, inconclusive, or advisory), the methodology used, every change applied with its source, and a rollback list. It is the deliverable — not a feeling, a document.
Why don't you promise percentages?

Because honest measurement doesn't work that way. Any number promised before measuring your specific system would be marketing, not analysis. We report what we measure — including when a change lands inside the noise band of the measurement itself.
What access do I give during a session?

Remote access via AnyDesk, which you install yourself and can watch the whole time. You see everything happening on your screen, you can interrupt at any moment, and you revoke access permanently the moment the session ends. We never ask for passwords to your personal accounts.
What happens if no improvement is found?

You get the truth, and the report that proves it. That is what you bought: a statistically checked answer about your system, not a promise. A "no defensible change" verdict tells you your system is already close to its practical ceiling — which is worth knowing before spending money on hardware.
Can changes be undone?

Yes — every change is documented in a rollback list included in your report. Boot-level or driver changes are flagged explicitly. If you ever want your system back exactly as it was, the list tells you (or us) how.
How do payments work?

Through external Stripe payment links — card details never touch this website. You pay after the session is scheduled. The Performance Audit fee is credited in full toward a Verified Optimization booked within 30 days.
What happens to my data? (GDPR)

The website itself stores nothing — booking and intake run on third-party services (Cal.com, Tally), and analytics are cookieless. Measurement data from your session stays in your client folder and is deleted on request. Case studies are only ever published with your explicit consent. See the Privacy page for details.
Which Windows versions do you cover?

Windows 10 (22H2) and Windows 11 (23H2/24H2 and newer). The methodology is version-agnostic — the report always states the exact build measured.
How long does a session take?

A Performance Audit typically fits in one remote session. Verified Optimization needs the full protocol — baseline, changes, and after-measurements under identical conditions — and may span two sessions if a reboot-heavy change list requires it. You will know the plan before we start.
