Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is static and stores nothing about you. It sets no cookies, runs no trackers, and has no database. The little data that exists lives with the third-party services you interact with directly (booking, intake form, payments) and in the measurement records of your own session.

What we collect, and where

• Booking (Cal.com): name, email, and the slot you pick. Processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy.
• Intake questionnaire (Tally): the answers you submit about your system and what you want from the service. Processed by Tally under their privacy policy.
• Payments (Stripe): handled entirely on Stripe's checkout pages. Card details never touch this website — we never see them.
• Session data: benchmark measurements from your system, the changes applied, and your report. Stored in your private client folder, used only to produce and support your deliverable.
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless and aggregate. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Purposes

Data is used to schedule and deliver the service you booked, to produce your report, and — only with your explicit, separate consent — to publish an anonymized case study. Nothing is sold or shared beyond the processors listed above.

Consents

The intake questionnaire asks for three separate consents:

1. consent to process your intake answers and session measurements to deliver the service;
2. consent to remote access via AnyDesk during the scheduled session;
3. optional consent to use anonymized results in a published case study — declining this never affects the service.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — including your session measurements and report records. Email contact@alchemytweaks.com and it will be handled within 30 days. For data held by Cal.com, Tally or Stripe, their own GDPR processes also apply.
